Some problems as below: 1. Key was on the door when we arrived. 2. No hair dryer or iron box found. 3. The stand lamp in the main bedroom doesn’t works, also the wardrobe was broken 5. Toilet had no lock. 6. The heater was not working the second day and we didn’t have hot water. 7. And the bed sheet was not clean, there were hairs on it 8. We couldn’t reach the landlord, phone callings and messages are not timely responded. 9. There was no facilities as advertised.

Utensils & crockery were dirty, there was no dishwashing liquid, no toilet paper, a dirty mop bucket was left in the kitchen, the wardrobe was broken so unable to put clothes away. No tea towels, no hand towels, mould all in the shower. If you’re arriving late make sure you bring your own toilet paper. Overall so disappointing, you at least expect the basic amenities. When we arrived the front door wasn’t even locked
