Una cama doble no tenía somier, el colchón se hundía y no poco. El armario estaba roto y la puerta se caía. Los enchufes no estaban colocados para facilitar nada, no se podían conectar las lámparas. Las cortinas estaban caídas. Había tan sólo un rollo de papel para dos días y una familia. El vinilo del suelo estaba levantado… parecía que la casa estaba abandonada.

Area was quiet, parking on street, shop a 2 minute walk away.

Kitchen smelled of damp and mould growing on the tea canisters, blocked drain outside. TV remote broken making TV difficult to control. Curtains not correctly hung so they came off the rail when opened. Bathroom seemed clean but the bath was not sealed so I didnt use it, this is possibly where the damp is coming from in the kitchen. Bed in the master room was broken! Luckily that's the one my 5 year old chose to sleep in so he wasn't tall enough to notice. Wardrobe in master bedroom broken and unsafe. Considering this listing is aimed at families and provide a travel cot, this is NOT suitable for any child to be anywhere near this property. I sent a message to the host on check out to mention all above and have heard no response.

Es handelt sich um eine einfache Unterkunft, jedoch mit einem top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zu Beginn hat das ein oder andere gefehlt aber der Gastgeber könnte alles am selben Abend zur Verfügung stellen - dafür nochmals ein großes Dankeschön. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

The location was very convenient and the keys were easy to collect and leave behind.

The Host did not answer phone calls and only responded sporadically through text message. The Wifi did not work the entire time we were there and we had to buy our own. The heating and hot water also did not work, which greatly impacted our stay, as the house was cold and made one of us catch a chest cold and we could not shower without hot water. I contacted the host about these issues and they kept saying someone would be by to sort them, but no one came. We also did not recieve the free toiletries advertised and had to use the dish soap in the bathroom. We tried to sort this with the Host afterward but they stopped responding to our messages and Booking.com also did not help. When calling them, the phone would hang up and emails said they'd get back to us in 24 hours and then we'd hear nothing. Hence now, this review.

The location is in a residential area characterized by low levels of noise and activity, creating a peaceful environment the property was clean and tidy with everything you need for a short or long visit. 6 /8 minutes from the city centre. Great value for money everything was as described. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were some missing items that are common sense to be at the property but there was nothing of the following items in this property Washing facilities like hand washing in the toilet, No washing facilities for dishwashing. No towel, no bin bag. There was a problem with wifi internet connection, although they provided us a wireless wifi from their neighbour two days after our arrival. Unfortunately the phone network was weak in the area and we couldn’t connect with our phone network to the internet. Property is located in a good location in the city but I believe if the landlord put a little bit of attention to the tiny above mentioned points, they will have lots of happy visitors.

Privacy and feelings of home whilst being away from home. I would choose it again in future whenever visit Belfast.

A few minor things but can be ignored.

Place was nice.

Hosts attempted to cancel our trip on the day, claiming the site said only over 21s - which it did not. We had an incredibly stressful 2 hours trying to sort this with them which they eventually just let us stay. Totally unnecessary stress caused.
