It was a wonderful experience! It exceeded our expectations at every aspect. All the details were prepared with care. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, large, very handy and spotless clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you might need including various seasoning, coffee, tea, paper towels, great quality dishes etc. Staff is very nice and helpful. Apartament is located in a very nice neighborhood, 5 minutes on foot from the old town. Everything was just perfect and we are looking forward to come back soon!

The apartment is really cute. It has character and is equipped with everything. The location is great if you arrive with a car. The old town is within walking distance, even for someone like me who is less mobile. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The hostess is extremely kind and approachable. This time we were just passing through, but we really love Lucca, and this location is dear and convenient to us as a base for exploring Tuscany.

Location was good and appartment is also nice. Good walking distance to old town. Owner was nice and free small prosecco in fridge waiting for us.

Bad cigarette smell inside. We stayed with kids and smell was awful.

This is a fantastic apartment! Chiara was really nice and helpful.We had a change of plan and we were able to enter the apartment earlier than expected.She also took time to help us with a list of restaurants in Lucca. The apartment is really stylish, comfortable and extremely clean.Everything was well thought out. The location is perfect.It is really near the centre but has the feeling of a street where people live and work, not just tourists.It was perfectly quiet at night. Lucca is a beautiful city and we will return one day!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent. This is a wonderful comfortable apartment just a short stroll from the city walls. It was super-clean and the host Chiara provided clear instructions to the property and recommendations to excellent restaurants which were nearby. We stayed here for 6 nights using it as a base for touring the area by train. The apartment has a living/ dining area with a kitchen (it had netflix which was great if you want to just relax in the evening). I cannot recommend it or Chiara highly enough. When we go back to Lucca we will definitely book here.
