Good space, clean and a very nice view. Short walk to center with some good restaurants. AC in every bedroom, and plus for a barbecue :)

Little bit to hard beds for our personal referenses, and and a tight parking spot.

here. Such a beautiful place overlooking Ponta do Sol but within easy walking distance of the sea and a clutch of restaurants and bars. The lounge is simply stunning and the kitchen is huge with wonderful views and full sun for breakfast time. There is a patio that spreads all around the house so eating breakfast and dinner outside is a pleasure. There is a barbecue. The host is so helpful and responsive for any questions. We had a wonderful week and planning another stay next year. Ponta do Sol is so central for the whole island. Book now!

The house, the view, location up to 30min drive to nearly all attractions of the island, airport is about 45min drive and east coast tip around 1h from the house

nothing much but just to consider for those who have some health conditions, there is a steep walk to the village center, you can still drive down to the center and the beach in 2mins, also there is no real public transport available so if you want to go out from ponta do sol you need to use the car

We will definitely return to this place. Perfect view to the city and ocean. Walkable distance to the restaurants down in the city of Ponta do Sol
