Great house and amazing view. The location was just perfekt. The only thing I can criticize is the relatively small bed.

Spacious house with great view and very good Internet Connection. Everything we needed was there and the host was very helpful.

The house is well equipped and provides a stunning, almost 360 view on the Ponta do Sol Valley and the sea. It has a nice terrace with great facilities for barbecue. Everything was very clean and we were welcomed with a awesome gift basket of local goods by which we felt really welcomed. Upon request Carlos provided additional child equipment like kids bed, high chair, towel and even some toys :-). Which was really valuable for us!

This is without doubt the most impressive villa we have stayed in, for the price, in Europe. The location, the views, the huge lounge, the superb kitchen and the ultra modern bathrooms, are all wonderful. Short walk to restaurants but a bit of a hill on the way back. We liked the fish restaurants in Madelana do Mar better. Easy access to the main road to Funchal and to the beautiful walks on the western levadas and Paul da Serra. There is some traffic on the road to the villa but generally so peaceful. We had great food and drink on the two patios, one gets the morning sun and one gets the evening sun. The host contacted us twice to check all was okay, a perfect holiday. We will make this our 'go to' villa for future visits.

Casa meravigliosa, esattamente come in foto. Fornita di tutto ciò che ci serviva. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare il benvenuto con vino, biscotti e frutta fresca! le stanze grandi e pulite, vista stupenda. Posizione inizialmente difficile da trovare, ma poi una volta trovata la strada, semplicissima!

Great location, a short (if steep) walk from the beach and restaurants at Ponta do Sol. The villa is well equipped and has incredible views over the town and out to sea, with a wraparound terrace to make the most of the sun and scenery.
