Very good value

The house is very well presentable, quiet and clean…in a great location. All amenities available, enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

We unexpectedly got an en-suite room, which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped, so we saved on eating out, as planned. Bedroom was a bit hot at night due to hot weather but we could open windows easily. Plenty of storage space was nice. It is very close to the zoo, as promised, and walking distance to a pub with reasonable food after a long car journey.

Finding the parking at the back and getting in the door the first time was tricky. Having our room and bathroom 2 floors above the kitchen was a bit of a pain especially as the stairs are steep. We did not use the living room on the first floor. It would have been good to have a sheet on the bed as when it was so hot having options only of duvet or nothing was not ideal. We ran out of loo roll and could not find any spare. Washing up liquid also in short supply.

Brilliant. Perfect all round. Excellent communication from the owner, with clear instructions and advice. Exceptionally clean and well presented. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had an ensuite bathroom, which was convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped and handy if I wanted to cook my meals, etc. The lounge was cosy.

The walls were thin, so I could hear the guests next door. The shower was small, and the glass door wouldn't close. A towel rail might be nice!
