Very convenient and easy to park

Getting to key from the outside box after dark isn't easy as there's no light. Fortunately I had a torch up others might struggle. However you only have to do this once.

Another great stay while I am working in the area. A perfect clean and quiet base. Thank you.

I couldnt find the wi fi code, if was a bit clunky trying to get the front door key from the lock box as the hedge was wet and over grown.

Everything was to a reasonable high standard

The description was miss leading, poor direction to park, I was told by next door to shift. Then instruction for the second set keys was given after my text to owner, I was under impression self contained flat, it was not wife poor heath could not do 3 flights of stairs, so she stayed with friend, no kettle in the room hence three floors to make tea, shower door does not shut small enclosure, only toddler can used include smallest sink ever.Furthermore I left to stay in hotel on last night, total waste of money.

Easy to find, good parking, good facilities locally. Easy to get in and out and the room had everything I needed.

Communication wasn’t fantastic, I didn’t know which room I was in and the hot water had switched off

Owners sent a confirmation text with the wrong postcode, sent miles out of way No fire instructions on door no fire extinguishers on site No housekeeping, even to remove rubbish Felt Unsafe
