The fact other guests kept leaving front door unlocked and open was very frustrating

Cold shower first morning No bathroom toiletries or hair dryer or extra toilet paper Broken shower door Tiny bedroom with no tea/ coffee making facilities Lingering unpleasant smell in entrance foyer

A warm clean place with cooking facilites.. Meeting people that you wouldn't have met if you were staying in a hotel. Nice relaxing lounge.

Didn't get my own personal front door key..

Excellent place, nice and quiet, very clean house, secured parking in a safe place, pub just around the corner.. Really relaxing place I stayed for my work trip

Location was good- close to public transport including park and ride to Chester and close to zoo.

The Car port didn’t have a house number so could have parked in the incorrect place. The instructions provided for parking did not resolve the problem. The front door key allocated to room 2 was faulty. Had great difficulty locking the door. The instructions did not clarify if you could park the car outside the house.
