"Sold Out, But We Weren't Informed"

We never got to stay at Kelly Homes, because when I phoned to verify the address/location, I was informed that they were booked and couldn't accommodate me and my husband. At that late hour, I was unable to find another place to stay in Kilifi. Very disappointing. I would have been even more disappointed if I had driven there and THEN received that news.

When your accommodation is completely booked, you need to indicate that on Booking.Com, so people don't book a room and think they actually have a place to stay.
