Lovely cottage very well positioned and met all our expectations

The garden at the back looked like it needed some attention

Entering the house on a hot day was so refreshing. It was cool, bright and very clean. Good shower, quite big double bed, a nice big couch and an extra fold out bed if needed. We loved the location although I would recommend following the coordinates to get there and not the address. This takes you to the holiday park on Symonds Yat East, but you need to go West. Also good parking space in front of the house. We had a short but lovely stay, thanks!

Some minor details that could use repair, we missed a larger cooking pot and some more cutlery, a stool or hanger in the bathroom... We couldn't quite figure out the TV, it appears you need a Sky card to watch most of the programs. And one of the children's beds had a very uncomfortable surface, but now we're thinking maybe the mattress was reversed. But overall we loved this little house.

Quiet and peaceful, a short drive and there are pubs, shops and amusements! The best of both worlds.

The location was amazing. Only issues we had was that I had travelled to the property using the postcode from Booking.com which did not take me to the property. I was getting stressed as could not find where we going. We left home early in the morning and when we arrived outside the property I was unable to get any signal on my phone and had no access to my email. I thought my PIN number maybe for the keypad but it wasn't so we were stuck. I had to drive back down to get a phone signal so I could call for help. Help was given very quickly and 5 minutes later we were in the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Booking.com needs the correct postcode as I'm sure others like me would've used that one. Maybe text the key code to customers as well as emailing- you wouldn't have to put any other info other than the keycode as the customer would know what it was
