The location was fantastic with those narrow streets. Also, tea and coffee were provided, and it was nicely air-conditioned with 2 ACs. The equipment was pretty good.

The kitchen lacked some tools (like a cork-screw or a proper cutting knife) and we rather cooked our pasta in the owen, because the provided pot was not in the best condition to say the least. Also, the apartment was not very clean, we found some hair on our bedding, the floor and objects were dusty, plus we found leftover bits on some plates.

Location to restaurants and markets fantastic

Facilities in the kitchen example the frying pan very tired no things like oil or Salt-N-Pepa which would’ve been handy but coffee pods are great addition. The toilet continued to run if you didn’t check on it.

"Charming apartment in the heart of Ortigia"

Luigi is the sweetest host I’ve ever met, he secured a free parking spot for us upon arrival, checked in if we were doing good and supported all our requests. The apartment is lovely, charming and clean, the bed is comfortable and the location is unbeatable. Just beware that half of Ortigia is under renovation and you won’t be able to sleep for longer than 7 am anywhere in the old town. We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!
