Posizione e gentilezza host

Camera trascuratissima e molto umida con puzza di muffa e bagno trascurato con tenda ammuffita buttata sopra il box. Contenitori immondizie in camera e secchi per pulire con spazzoloni dietro al letto

Hôte très accueillant et gentil. Nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les restaurants. Nous a ouvert le logement un peu plus tôt et proposé un petit lit bébé pour notre fille alors que nous n'avions rien demandé. Logement très propre

Manque un peu de vaisselle si besoin pour petit déjeuner. Logement un peu sombre. Sinon, très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits

stanze perfette con tutto quello di cui si necessita , pulite e accoglienti , Rosario il proprietario è una persona fantastica .. da ritornare sicuramente .. poi il posto parla da solo 5 minuti da Mondello e 10 dal centro perfetto

There were basic accomodations such as: beds, toilet, shower, AC, TV, Wi-Fi and a decent access to the public transportation. bathroom was equipped with towels, hand soap and hairdryer. there were additional blankets. walls were clean I suppose.

Where do I even start: Most of the furniture were broken / barely functional. Kitchen area: -The table was unstable, with legs wobbling like strawberry Jell-O. -The AC unit was loud. -For a room meant for at least three, there was kitchenware for only two. -One kitchen drawer was caved in, forming a “nice” U shape and barely holding the utensils. -That same drawer couldn’t even be opened because the router was in the way (see photos). -Other drawers were so crooked they had to be opened in a particular sequence to avoid banging into each other. -Sealing strips were ripped off from their original position. -Fat clumps of dust were visible on the counter. -The top cabinet had its doors completely ripped off. Bathroom: -The lower part of the bathroom door was covered in water damage to the point that it had a “rusty” orange tint (the door was painted white). -The door frame was a mess: the lower part was crumbling with visible moisture damage. We weren’t sure, but the black area visible in the photos seemed like mold or some kind of fungus. -The shower door’s stopping mechanism was broken. -The shower head’s height lock wasn’t functional. -There was a utility box located in the corner. Sleeping area: -No functional cabinets were available, as the ones shown on the official site turned out to be extendable beds, not real furniture. And then there’s the privacy issue: someone entered our room while we were out on a trip. We were not informed beforehand. That was a major violation of privacy. Worse, our belongings had been moved without our consent. For the next couple of days, we worried it might happen again. Definitely not a pleasant stay. We were misled by the photos on the official page, and to top it all off, we were burglarized. Happy holidays everyone!

Camera accogliente e pulitissima. Ben fornita. Zona ricca di negozi per tutto il necessario. Il sig. Rosario è stato disponibile e gentile con particolare attenzione a soddisfare le esigenze.

Fornirei almeno una piccola macchina del caffè con cialde e qualche bottiglietta d'acqua all'arrivo. (Soprattutto d'estate)

Très bien pour une nuit, belle accueil.
