Soggiorno breve di due giorni, il proprietario molto gentile, disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, stanza accogliente,pulita e fornita di tutti i confort. Consigliatissimo l'anno prossimo ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

The host was very nice and accommodating met us at the property gave us the keys and helped us to find dinner. I could tell that a lot of thought went into all the different things that were included in the apartment and we were very grateful for how clean and nice The apartment was.

The road outside is very busy, and we could hear our neighbors yelling and talking very loudly through the walls and outside the room till late at night. The rooms were also located in the back alley, which didn’t have a very safe feel.

It has been a great experience. Just arriving, Rosario, the owner of the spot, was already there, even when I arrived a bit earlier, and he and his team made sure the studio was perfect before giving me the keys. I told him my idea of trip (one week) and he gave me very helpful information on how to arrive to the spots I wanted and suggested me many more. Who is better than a local with a great vibe to give you the information, right? I had been in Palermo earlier, close to Politeama (awesome as well), but this time has been completely different. IGIEA ROOMS is close to the Port, allocated in a smaller marina, in a very very authentic neighbourhood. Close to the super luxury Villa Igiea, close to the old tobacco factory, and close to the industrial and residential activities surrounding the port. The place is very well connected by bus to the centre of Palermo, to Monte Pellegrino, and to Mondello. And you can buy the ticket just in front of Igiea Rooms, at the tobacco shop. Walking is also an option. I took the bus mostly only for Mondello. All the other is walkable. Half an hour to the centre and half an hour or less to Monte Pellegrino start of the Scala Vecchia. Great hiking there! The studio I was in was perfect for me, and if I was there with my gf it would have been great. Good space, good bathroom, good kitchen. All clean, well maintained, perfect. Supermarkets, cafes and litteraly just behind the studio, typical Sicilian street food. Thank you Rosario! Arrivederci presto!
