The house was clean and tidy and was great value for money.

There was no hot water, little communication between us and the hosts, eventually received communication and was asked if we wanted an engineer to be called out. However, this was after around 2 hours of trying to get in touch with the host, which then was too late in the evening so we just had to deal with the cold showers unfortunately Besides this positive feedback all round.

Was central location

Arrived late, didn't get told there was a party with the guests before. There was holes in the walls, couch fell apart, curtain falling off the rails, fag burns in the carpet and sent all this to the owner. Have also complained to booking.com and nothing has been done about it.

the location is very good. Quiet room. close to everything you need. beds comfortable. kitchen equipped with everything you need. service at level . Recommend for living in Sheffield.

The noise. I was expecting some noise because of the location, but I definitely underestimated it. The 'sofa bed' doesn't actually fold out into a bed, so it shouldn't be advertised as such. There were 6 of us staying, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 and that's if one person is happy to sleep on a sofa.

Central location 2 minute walk away from everywhere you’d want to be in Sheffield

Couldn’t fault the property, the location and cleanliness was perfect and staff also attentive and straight forward with checking in instructions.
