Apartment lovely and clean, comfortable beds.

Not a fault of the apartment but will mention that we had noisy neighbours ; in the middle of the night, it wasn't possible to sleep due to loud talking and banging doors, etc Luck of sleep due to it. Plus tram stop in front of the house was making a lot of noise until around 11.30p.m and then around 6am again. . But if you don't mind it then apartament is great itself.

The property was super central and convenient, with modern facilities. It was also mostly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay in Sheffield

Unfortunately the owners didn’t inform us that the sofa bed was broken, so two of us had to sleep on the sofa together which was extremely uncomfortable and not what was advertised. Communication was non existent after we ended our stay

The space … great to have room for teenagers to spread out !

Noisy (to be fair not surprising due to location )

The location was good, central to everything, the property felt very secure, And the Prosecco and treats were a nice touch.

As much as the location is a positive it was also very noisy. Very close to the cathedral tram stop so trams running into the night, as well as homeless people shouting and arguing and double glazing did stop the noise. We also had to contact the property management on a couple of occasions, firstly the cleaning was not up to standard. Hairs in shower floor not clean, water and finger print smears on kitchen cupboards extractor hood hadn’t been cleaned in a while with a thick coating of dust. They did provide a cleaning refund and were very quick to respond. Second time was after a late evening at swim gala went back to cook only to discover the pans didn’t work on the induction hob, no chopping board no tea towels. Property management did offer to get things dropped off but it was already late so declined. I would say that the property could do with a good coat of paint and a bit of an overhaul. On a personal preference bedding and towels should also be white not black. Also it would have been good to have an information pack.

Convenient for Centre of Sheffield

Very very noisy , had to close windows so then became very hot ( did ask for a fan which was provided) lack of side lights in bedrooms, hob did not work for cooking and no instructions . Don’t stay here if you want a good night sleep or sensitive to noises but very convenient for shops etc ( the bus and tram both stop outside your window and it’s on the first floor)

Brilliant location right slap bang in the city centre and a short walk from museums and theatres. Apartment was really spacious, especially the front room which has a great view over the cathedral and the city.

Being in the centre meant there was a bit of noise both from people, traffic and the cathedral bells!

Host provided clear information. Location is excellent. The biscuits and chocolate added a nice touch for the kids.
