Gut eingerichtetes Apartment, alles sehr sauber und ruhig! Obwohl mitten in der Stadt und zu Fuss kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erkunden. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass wir bereits früher in das Apartment konnten. Auch den Balkon fanden wir prima. Der Selbst-Check-in war einfach, ohnehin sind die Infos und Tipps von Riccardo sehr gut und ausführlich. Auch der empfohlene Transfer zum Flughafen war sehr pünktlich und günstig im Vergleich zu einem Taxi! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und empfehlen die Apartments! 👍😊

"Good- until I was asked to pay 24 euros for tourist tax during our last night"

Location and the apartment was clean.

I just don’t think it was worth the money that we paid. I certainly won’t consider it luxury. And the owner asked for a tourist tax of 24 euros before we left. Why wasn’t it included in my bill? Why out of the pocket? I didn’t get taxed from the previous apartment we were in. Sometimes it is better to stay in real hotels rather than apartments because of some scrupulous practices.

"Stylisches Appartment in sehr zentraler Lage"

Sehr gute Lage, alles prima gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Stylisches Appartment, geräumige Grösse. Alles sehr neu, gut ausgestattet. Appartment zum Innenhof, etwas dunkel, aber dafür sehr ruhig, für uns ein wichtiger Vorteil. Sehr freundlicher Service, Unterstützung bei Buchung Garagenplatz, alle Fragen schnell und effizent beantwortet, tolle Tipps für Restaurants etc.

Die Matratze vom Bett ist nicht gut, sehr unbequem und daher kein guter Schlaf, sollte dringend verbessert werden. Lüfter im Bad zu laut, es fehlen ein paar Haken für Handtücher im Bereich des Waschbeckens im Bad.

Air B&B. Owner provides places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Grocery stores were convenient . Kitchen in unit was perfect for simple cooking. Coffee and tea Could be made. Couldn’t ask for more!

We enjoyed the place and communication!

It’s a beautifully presented and decorated apartment in an impressive building, on via Roma, across from the old town. Riccardo was super attentive to ensure our check-in was smooth (keeping the luggages, and made room available sooner) and stay was enjoyable with his recommendations and suggestions. He was always available to ensure we were enjoying Palermo.

I wish the wifi had QR code for easier connection and more friendlier password 😊
