Good facilities and comfort. It would be good to notify hotel earlier to arrange the things for you.

Cleaniless could be improved for WCs

First of all,the location is pristine of the hotel. You can count on their staff and the quality of food. When you go to the other state to travel you are always keen to find good and supportive management , for that you can always put faith in the Goodfind residency hotel. Let me share an incident that happened with us: It was our 3rd consecutive stay with them because of the beautiful view and food. On the third day of our trip we went to Pahalgam with our driver and in a hurry we forgot to switch off the electric blanket which was provided in the room. Result being it caught fire to the quilt, blanket and bed. Prompt action by their staff made sure the resolving put off fire and kept our belongings safe. A very big risky thing would have happened if they were not present. Management and the owner graciously made sure to make us feel not guilty of the incident and said it can happen by human error. If it was another hotel it sure made us pay for the damage along with guilt in our mind. We are thankful to goodfind residency for such gracious treatment also making our trip memorable. We surely recommend it for the next stay in Kashmir.

I liked nothing about this property service is hilarious property is also bad washroom has no proper flush and water gun the water was dropping in like less then a force of pee I have never seen such staff in the hospitality and hotel industry behave so rude irresponsible each room cost us around 3100 and we took 2 rooms it was totally a waste of money I suggest nobody to go here. So let me clearly explain how these guys behaved they have kept a land phone in the room which is of no use literally they do not pick the phone up and guys this is not a hotel it’s a hostel where all the staff who are supposed to take care of the guests requests are off to bed at 10 pm like literally they do not receive the calls after that we called them nearly 10 mins and once in those 10 times they picked up the call and said no we do not do anything after 10 pm and disconnected the call if anybody who wants to have a great time in Kashmir do not visit this hilarious place they ruined our peace and stay literally and the washroom never has water at all staying here is like flushing your money into the loo I have the whole video of how this property treated us and the people

Nothing at all I hated the people they did not know how to handle the guest the meanest people I have ever met in the whole Kashmir
