The flat is beautifully presented with great flair and attention to detail. The kitchen and bathroom fittings look brand new and the character features in this handsome Georgian building are very pleasing- sash windows, high ceilings, original internal window shutters and panelled doors. The hosts clearly care a great deal about their charming flat, from the granite worktops in the kitchen, the immaculate modern bathroom and the very high quality and stylish curtains. All of this design flair made me feel that these are hosts who really care about their guests. Parking is easy and plentiful in the town high street just across the road.

The flat is beautifully furnished and despite being right on the road there was no traffic noise. There is a lovely river walk, and we were fortunate to see two herons. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a brush and scourer pad in case you prefer not to use the dishwasher. Unfortunately the automatic light in the laundry room kept switching on and off intermittently during the night which made it difficult to sleep (even though the bedroom door was closed). The automatic lighting in the laundry room and bathroom was exceedingly bright, which was a little disruptive when getting up to go to the bathroom during the night 🤔 Otherwise the flat was lovely, clean and well appointed and the owners had gone to a lot of trouble to maximise the space and make it comfortable.

This apartment was beautiful fully equipped with everything the hosts were lovely and helpful, comfortable bed great decor, so handy just on the high st across the rd gorgeous river 😊

Everything! The property is in a great location, beautifully well-maintained property and excellent comms from the owner. I'll certainly be back!

I cannot fault the property. My only wish is that I could have stayed in a Summer/warmer month to appreciate Annan a bit more, something out of the control of the owner. But I'll definitely be back again...
