Cockroach infestation in the room 29 reserved for me and my family . We had to check out in distress and disgust the following morning to stay at the PROPR Point Break Apart Hotel on 3 Main Road from 3-8 January. After paying for a 6 night stay at the Harbour Terrace Luxury Apartments from 2-8 January and checking out on 3 January, I am STILL waiting for a FULL refund for 3-8January from the Harbour Terrace Luxury Apartment! To date I have only received a refund for 1 night!! Please note that in desperation of not finding an alternative available hotel, I paid AGAIN for 5 nights to stay at the PROPR Point Break Apart Hotel from 3-8 January. PROPR therefore has a DOUBLE payment from me for 3-8 January and even after SO many customer service promises from PROPR, I STILL have not received my refund for the 5 nights I prepaid for the Harbour Terrace Luxury Apartments! Please process my refund!!

If you're thinking of staying - change your mind. There was absolutely nothing to like in this apartment. We vacated 10 minutes after arrival.

The place was filthy. Stained carpets, Stank of stale cigarettes. The balcony sliding door fell off its hinge at the first opening. Don't stay here. There's far better options at better prices elsewhere.

The house had cockroaches, the rooms smelled of dagga, the TV was not working. We reported these on arrival, but were not assisted until someone came on the third day to help. They did nothing except to leave a bottle of doom. We had to buy stuff to remove the smell as it was unbearable. we also bought doom. we used our personal account on the TV, otherwise it wasn’t working. The shower on the ground floor was dirty
