Well equipped chalets,they had everything to make it a comfortable stay.Very quiet, very little traffic in the area Lovely little steam train ran hourly just over the road ,and the views were lovely,scenic and lots of hills and mountains.Some nice walks a short distance away.Also the beach was only a 20 minute drive.

You need to take food supplies with you,as village shop was expensive and limited but that was expected being a tourist area.

Absolutely everything, the decor/layout/facilities/comfort! We stayed in the Maple chalet, nothing to fault. We had a perfect relaxing stay. Beautiful grounds. Amazing Eskdale location. We would love to stay here again... I'll be keeping my eyes open for available dates.

Good place, v nice in the chalets. I wasn’t sure what the building was to its side, but looked like the hotel from the shining. Just needs a tidy up out back by the chalets

We loved the location! So convenient to get to (if you don’t mind narrow roads!) and short drive away from so many beautiful places. The place itself was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and it was so quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
