Muy amable la persona con la que contacte y soluciono los pocos inconvenientes que surgieron con rapidez.El problema fue con el código que necesitaba para entrar que yo no recibí, llegamos de noche ,realicé varias llamadas, un poco lío pero nos llevamos muy buen recuerdo

Amazing location, the apartment is light and spacious, comfortable big bathroom, balcony. The apartment is being tidied up and cleaned every day, which is super nice.

Most of the pillows were super uncomfortable. We were also confused about the towels - they were getting lost and they were not changed throughout the week.

No oven r microwave only one big pan say it’s for 4 people and gave wrong code to get key had to get taxi man to ring you up waited 20 minutes to get in

Hestia Travel staff very very responsive, housekeeping was excellent and location was very good, hot water & aircon good, breakfast at Waves Cafe was good.

Some maintenance issues required. Suggest to have a bit more furniture eg cabinet/desk in the bedrooms and to remove all the plastic plants as they were in the way.
