Wave Luxury Apartments

Mostly everything..

Mattress and pillows were very hard but was told they were going to change them all all so was difficult as there are no wardrobes just hanging space which are way to high so we lived out of suitcase but again l was told they were doing something about that too..on saying that where appartment is placed it's ideaL for shops bars restaraurnt s..it was very nicely decorated and furnished..so we would deffinatley go again..

The facilities were very modern. Shower amazing.

There were no pegs to hang clothes, but hanging options were there. No washing machine

Apartment was very clean and modern. Loved the balconies and the air on was fabulous. There was always lots of very hot water. Cleaners came in daily and changed towels regularly. Lovely quiet location.

There was only a frying pan and one extra large pan. No kettle so had to boil water for tea in giant pan. Not suitable for boiling egg or heating smaller amounts. Very sparse essentials on arrival. No washing up liquid or kitchen roll. They would have made a big difference. Suggest a trivet to put hot pans on . No chopping board.

Nice apartment, everything clean.

Arrived around 23:30 in the night and couldnt get in because they sent us wrong code for keybox. Tryed to call all phone number they had and no one answered after more than 30 calls... They should have atleast their phone with sound on for these kind of things... Because of that we had to sleep in the car for all night... Gor a call back at like 6am in the morning. Atleast they gave back money for one night, but should had done something more about that.. that was one of the worst experience about customer service.

Location, balcony, two separate bedrooms.

If you are staying more than 1-2 nights the same set of breakfast may be boring… but place of breakfast is really nice ( very nice and helpful personel) and I understand relatively low cost of accommodation

The location was central. The beds were so comfy, great pillows too. It had everything needed for our short stay.

Newly renovated, clean, enough space, close to city center and beaches.

No normal kitchen table and chairs

It was very central for everything Kassiopi has to offer. We made a request for a kettle and that was dealt with swiftly. We also were allowed to leave our luggage and use the apartment at 4pm on check out day that was very much appreciated. Thank You.

Would have liked a small table in the kitchen with chairs. The property for me didn’t have much character. The pillows although clean and new looking were too hard to sleep on.
