The property was clean and well located. Overall a nice property despite the disappointment listed

We were really disappointed to be sold a room with a ‘balcony’ but what we actually had was a small Juliet balcony which we were unable to sit out on. We had intended to all be able to sit outside on the balcony before going out for dinner. We complained to the management but they were unable to move us. They didn’t check back in to make sure we were okay. The information on booking.com should have reflected the room we actually received. The safe in the room didn’t contain any instructions and it wasn’t screwed down so isn’t secure! The management were also quite rude when I asked for clarification of how to check in and where breakfast was located. I was told multiple times that the information was sent to me but I couldn’t see it in any email. It turned out to be listed in the ‘driving instructions’ but as I wasn’t driving I never opened these. I would suggest changing the name of this document too to make it clearer.

A really nice place to stay in Kassiopi. Very clean. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment. Loved the design and the facilities. Easy check-in & check out. Very kind and helpful staff. We communicated on whatsapp and all our requests or questions were answered or resolved

The pillows were big and too hard to sleep on, at least for me. The staff quickly changed them for me with softer ones. Thumbs up for this. We had breakfest included. Some variety would be nice in the future.

Nice and modern, clean, air conditioned. Support was good (we asked for an umbrella for the garden and it was delivered the next day)

There is nowhere to sit inside except for on the beds - this was not a problem however as the weather allowed us to sit outside. The kitchen was not very well supplied - there were spoons and forks, but no knives, so we bought our own to use.

Great apartment with a great bathroom and great location

Had problems getting into the apartment because the key wouldn't turn in the lock since everything was so new. Issue was resolved easily by calling the owner who gave us keys that worked

The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything you need is near, few beaches, restaurants, markets, bus station. It's quiet in the evening for sleeping. The apartment itself has everything as they said. But above everything communication with them was easy, fast and perfect, they made everything happened and were always available.
