Emerald Garden Retreat

Очень уютный отель. Все чистое, территория не большая. На ресепшен очень приветливый персонал. Рядом есть стиральные машины, кафе, магазины! Красота!

I liked the sun loungers, the pool and the location. Lots of restaurants near by, but it was still quiet. Daily cleaning bedding and towels was excellent.

There is ongoing building work next door, noise and bonfire smoke - 2 houses in early build stage. We were messed around with our room when we arrived. We had to stay in another hotel for first few days. No food on site, the room kitchenettes are not properly equipped with plates or cutlery. Our family had 4 rooms in total.

Great pool, nice rooms, super friendly staff and in a quiet location. Just 5mins walk to the beach. We will be back again!

Camere grandi e accoglienti , tutte con un grande bagno. Il bungalow che abbiamo prenotato era dotato di tre camere, tutte molto belle, un balcone e un giardino. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Viele Restaurants und Bars, sowie der Strand fussläufig erreichbar. Sie hatten Scooter zum leihen

Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit unserem Bungalow, da dieser aktuell von Termiten (Türrahmen zum Bad) befallen war. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht und hat die Stellen täglich gereinigt. Außerdem wurde uns ein alternatives Zimmer, welches mitten in der Renovierung war, angeboten.

The property had everything we needed and more. We didn’t expect it to be so good.

The only sad part was that the restaurant was closed due to renovations. But the manager Nhan drove us to nearby restaurants whenever we needed.

La segunda habitación que nos dieron estaba bien y la piscina tambien

Experiencia muy decepcionante. Por las fotos parecía un resort casi de lujo y muy bonito pero la realidad es otra muy distinta. La primera noche nos pusieron en un bungalow muy viejo, lleno de hormigas, termitas y gekos. Tras pedirle al recepcionista que por favor nos cambiase de habitación porque no estábamos agusto lo único que hizo es traer un spray y matar algunas hormigas, pero nada mas. Pasamos una noche horrible. Por la mañana le dijimos que por favor nos cambiasen de habitación y tras consultarlo con el dueño al final lo hicieron. Y la segunda mucho mejor, mas moderna y cuidada pero seguía teniendo termitas y gekos pero ya no dijimos nada. Tras lo ocurrido no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación, al contrario, el ultimo día se presentaron dentro de la habitación a pedirnos lo que faltaba por pagar, en vez de esperar en recepción a que fuesemos nosotros, fue muy agresivo, nos sentimos atacados. Por otro lado, pone resort, pero no tiene nada de resort, no tiene restaurante por lo que tienes que conducir 20 minutos para encontrar uno y el hotel esta en obras y a las 7 de la mañana ya están haciendo ruido, por lo que no puedes descansar nada. Cuando nos vino a buscar el grab, el personal de recepción no nos vino ni a despedir. Y luego leimos que habia transporte gratuito y te podian venir a buscar desde el centro del hotel, cosa que tampoco nos dijeron. No nos recomendaron ningun sitio para ver ni planes para hacer. Lo que parecía que iba a ser los mejores días de Vietnam se convierton en una gran decepción. No recomendaría para nada este sitio.

Room was spacious and clean - it was cleaned daily if requested. We loved the bathroom with lots of sunlight and a big shower. The staff was always helpful and ready to support us. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There was no restaurant or breakfast option on site, so we had to get breakfast elswhere and there were not many options nearby.
