Emerald Garden Retreat

It had a lot of greenery and so private. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet the facilities inside the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Went with a group of friends and we truly enjoyed the place. Nhan was quick and attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond, when he helped to source a cake for a friend’s birthday♥️ Tq Nhan!

Honestly, zero complaints 😃 would return if possible, hopefully it will remain a hidden gem always!

Прекрасный отель с бунгало, все удобства, свой бассейн, зелёная территория, соседи достаточно далеко, чувствуешь себя как на даче))) Спасибо огромное всему персоналу, реагировали моментально, выполнялись практически любые просьбы! Очень добрые, искренние и положительные люди! Чудесно отдохнули! С теплом вспоминаем замечательный отдых!

Не очень чистая уборка

Schöne Anlage mitten im Grünen. Die Bungalows sind modern und sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt, inklusive Roller und Tourenorganisation. Sie Betten fanden wir bequem. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Der Pool ist schön groß. Das Hotel ist ca. 10-15min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt, wer möchte kann aber jederzeit vom Hotel gefahren werden. In der Umgebung sind einige sehr leckere Restaurants und gute Massagen. Der Manager ist total freundlich und sehr um seine Gäste bemüht, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl hier gefühlt.

Wir hatten den 3 Bedroom Bungalow gebucht der auf Booking zumindest für uns wie ein Bungalow mit 3 Schlafzimmern aussah. Er hat auch 3 Schlafzimmer, allerdings sind diese komplett voneinander getrennt, es sind also vielmehr 3 separate Einzelzimmer (jeweils mit voller Badausstattung) mit je eigenem Zugang. Das kann je nach Konstellation gut sein oder weniger passen. Bei uns war es aufgrund zwei kleiner Kinder letzteres, wir konnten dann aber nach einer Nacht problemlos in einen 2 Room Bungalow umziehen, der sogar eine kleine Küche hatte und zwei verbundene Schlafzimmer. Es ist eigentlich nichts negatives, wollte aber hier kurz erwähnt werden..

Нашей семье с тремя детьми все понравилось. Детям особенно понравилось, что на гольфмобиле нас возили до ресторана и к морю. Бассейн отличный. Уборка чаще, чем нам нужно :). Спасибо за комфортные 3 недели!

The resort manager, Nhan, provides tip-top customer service ensuring our extended family of 10 have a fun and enjoyable experience. He takes care of every little detail of the trip, gives us tour recommendations and transportation advice and assistance. We are so grateful of his service of excellence and are looking forward to be come back.
