The size off room decent size , lighting where good , where quiet , bed comfortable, good television. Nice fixers in bathroom

This accommodation is excellent value for money. An annexe to a property on what appears to be a large council/former council housing estate a 5 minute drive from the centre of Goring on Sea, with its range of shops, restaurants, amazing replica of the Cistene Chapel ceiling in the Church of the Martyrs and close proximity to the sea. (Don’t miss the cafe on the sea front). The Annexe has been thoughtfully designed with a small bathroom with shower over the bath, a compact kitchen area with an oven, hob and microwave and a double bed in an open plan area, along with a table and chairs. It was ideal for my one night stay and very comfortable. Although right beside the owners property it felt private and was quiet. Very clean and comfortable.

The hot and cold taps to the kitchen sink were confusingly reversed so the cold tap was hot and the hot tap cold. Although the bed was comfortable there was no mattress protector or pillow protectors. Parking is on the road. The window behind the bed looks onto a small courtyard which could have been improved by plants in containers but simply looked on to a row of bins!

The apartment was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

A small point but a headboard on the bed would be nice as there was nothing to lean against whilst relaxing.
