Well thought out space, host was helpful with letting me check in early to be at friends wedding on time.

The surrounding area was quite noisy, cars revving in the night and a view of the bins and dead garden plants and furniture from the window.

I am not very happy that studio owner haven't give explain about find map . Yesterday I took 4 hour yon long walk around but impossible found then give up after an owner sent email that heater boiler box isn't working then I won't take long risk for my safety. I manager found another hotel in Worthing as ciost me £119. I want refund after paid for studio flat

Not much to like

Unfortunately this venue has been set up haphazardly-broken blind, rusty and dirty taps in bathroom, toilet seat wrong shape, old bedding, no lid on bin, dirty cutlery, one teaspoon, no knives for preparing food, no tea towel, view from window garden rubbish + bins. This studio is situated regrettably in the less affluent area of Worthing and on street parking is nigh impossible. Had we not paid so much money for this accommodation we would have moved to a better place.

Friendly helpful owner, lovely studio accommodation. Great location if attending a wedding or function at nearby Field House.

Chanel's communication was fantastic. She accommodated my assistance dog, which made it possible for me to stay. Having our own space was invaluable because it allowed me to be myself without worrying about anyone else. I would recommend this studio flat to anyone.

The communication from Booking.com, who forgot to give me the instructions on how to get into the studio flat, meant I had to disturb Chanel.
