Excellent location

A bit dark

Breakfast was not provided, so we eat at the local cafe.

All the bed pillows were too soft. I could not get the TV to work.

No bread toaster which is a must for any rental. One of the bathrooms has a window to the courtyard but no curtain is provided. The exterior wood mesh does not offer proper privacy as you're able to easily see someone using the toilet or shower from the courtyard.

Apartamento cómodo y bien ubicado.

No eran 2 habitaciones como había solicitado, limpieza muy deficiente, baños que no desaguaban bien y no hicieron limpieza ni cambio de toallas en toda la semana. Al primer uso del baño principal se inundó la habitación porque la ducha estaba atascada de suciedad y tuve que enviar varios mensajes para que vinieran a solucionarlo. Muy descontentos con la atención y servicio del apartamento.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, main town & marina.

Few issues with the property, it is in need of some general maintenance - there is a visible damp issue in the apartment, which can be seen on the walls in the bedrooms, bathroom & lounge, with a damp smell throughout. The pictures of the terrace show a nice space, but there floor was not swept, so the area was covered in debris. Just a table in the middle with overgrown plants on the walls. The main bathroom would have been nice originally, but the clear paint is all peeling from the floor. The freezer compartment had food, drink spills in it. Overall the pictures on the website show the property when it was first renovated, the price doesn’t match the quality of the property- when not properly maintained.

La ubicación

No hay posibilidad de aparcar en la calle, y el parking más cercano es muy caro: 36€ el día. No suficiente limpio para personas con alergia a los ácaros. Los baños se encharcan tras la ducha.

La ubicacion es exelente

Cuando llegamos, el piso no esta listo todavia. Tuvimos que esperar hasta que terminaran de limpiarlo. La limpieza general era regular, los baños y la cocina no estaban del todo limpios. Las sabanas olian un poco a humedad. No habia microondas ni tostadora. El equipamiento se podria mejorar.
