Downtown Apartment Santa Catarina

Purtroppo c'era odore di muffa che proveniva dalle pareti e stando in casa per più di 6 ore consecutive ho accusato mal di gola, questo mi è capitato per due volte di seguito in quattro giorni, quindi penso proprio che ci sia un problema di umidità e muffa.

The localisation is great near from everything we need (center, bus etc...). The apartment has all of what you need and it's super clean.

The bed was too hard, and there was a smell coming from the bathroom, even though it was very clean

Well placed in the city close to nice areas and public transit. Had all the amenities you'd need

Wasn't cleaned very well by cleaning staff who were somewhat rude, some furnishings could be updated. Host kindly came and cleaned when there were issues

L’unique point positif c’est la situation géographique, et c’est vraiment le seul!

Ce studio n’est pas insonorisé, c’est vraiment horrible car vous vivez avec les autres locataires de l’immeuble( douche, chasse, porte qui claque) Ensuite il est absolument impossible de se préparer quoi que ce soit à manger, tout est salle et il n’y a aucun accessoire. Tout est vétuste et nécessite des gros travaux d’entretien. Personnellement je déconseille, pour le prix vous pouvez avoir beaucoup mieux

Even though the apartment itself was clean, the towels smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom smelt terrible probably due to mold from moisture.

La localización del apartamento estaba muy bien y estaba limpio.

Faltaba menaje de cocina, algún armario o colgadores para dejar las cosas.
