Young Spirit Apartment

Beautiful old converted building, previously the Grand Hotel. Accommodation was sqeaky clean. Fantastic location as only a short stroll to the waterfront, train and bus Stations, restaurants, shops and old town . Lounge area is small - it would be tight if 6 people were staying. Walls between the other apartments are stud walls, so at night I could hear people walking around, playing music and talking so my sleep was disturbed! I did not receive the door codes to gain access so contact had to be made. WhatsApp replies were at times slow. Other than that, staff were lovely.

Wonderful building, felt special to stay there. Lots of space for the two of us. Enjoyed the view out towards the sea. Location excellent felt like 5 mins to everywhere including the train and bus station, some excellent eateries too. Site team also excellent, would def stay here again.

Very little to be fair, we had a great stay. Sort of wish the balcony wall was lower to offer views from there. However, in general this is an excellent place to stay.

Excellent location near to the bus and train station. Fairly quiet street next to the town centre. A wonderful old historic building fully modernised with lifts, but retaining its character.

The main front door to the apartments is a little difficult to open from the inside.

The location was great for us - near the station and also the old part of town and the apartment block is beautiful and the rooms very well done

Firstly, the apartment was clean , and the location was fine ,

Ww only stayed one night as it was a stop for our flight change to Faro . There was an issue with water to the apartment, which we weren't made aware off , no toilets facilities or showers not ideal with a long journey ahead

We loved the apartment felt truly like home.

The property was fantastic, very well located, close to all amenities, very clean, new and incredibly well equipped. The deco is really nice and the building where the flat is located is gorgeous. The swimming-pool is lovely and such a nice extra to have. There is also a little terrace/balcony which is a nice extra not mentioned in the description. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I could not fault anything in this accommodation, it’s even better in person than it looks on the website!!
