loved the apartment, the condition of it, and the layout in terms of design, heating, cooling, tv, and kitchenware & available utensils. The mattresses are amongst the best ive slept on, nice and firm and zero noise. The apartment is finished to a hgh degree of quality of overall.

I'm having to wait and hopefully not fight for my refund back as their website strangely changed my cards billing address to be blanked and to the wrong country, trying to change the card address details to the correct details, the website wouldnt allow me, contacting Misha about their websites issue, she gave me another number to contact, which i refused saying please sort it out as i shoundnt be running after my own money, especailly as i didnt make them run after the deposit when they asked for it. Today is the 3rd Jan 2024, they took my deposit since the 12th dec 2023., so this issue is still pending... & i will keep this review updated here on the outcome. Other smaller negatives were that the kitchen light flickers, every few days theres a bad smell coming from the top bathroom drain, i assume its when you use the washing machine downstairs this smell happens as it scks out the smell block from the shower drain. although its cerntrally located being a bit further out of faro would be better as staying if you have a car youll always have a stressful time looking to park each time you come home or need to go out etc.

Light, airy, spacious, clean, tastefully decorated & furnished apartment. Bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space with enough hangers which is very rare in holiday accommodation. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent pressure in the overhead shower. Air conditioning in every living space which would have been much appreciated in the summer as the apartment receives a lot of sunlight ( which was lovely!). There were plenty of charging sockets throughout the apartment including a really handy usb socket tucked beneath the breakfast bar. Location was perfect- close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, train station and marina.

There was a bad smell from the bathrooms ( mainly downstairs) which was very noticeable after we came back after a day out, but it disappeared very quickly once the large window in the living area was opened. Other small improvements would also help to make it a perfect stay eg hooks in upstairs bathroom, tea towel in kitchen.

Spacious, modern, clean, well fitted out and stocked, well situated, use of pool, responsive and friendly staff

Only complaint is the sink plug got stuck and the shower gel holder came off the wall, assuming as this is a newly renovated bathroom and glue hadn't set.
