USThe hotel was immaculately clean and elegantly furnished. Its strategic location provided easy access to restaurants, shops, and various attractions. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, greeting guests with warm smiles. I eagerly anticipate booking our next mountain retreat.
There are a few aspects of the hotel that I found unsatisfactory. Firstly, the road noise, which was unavoidable given the location, was quite disruptive. Secondly, the hotel could benefit from additional hooks for hanging totes and jackets at the front door. Lastly, the heating and air conditioning units are excessively loud, which can be inconvenient for guests.
