USPrime location. Very clean spacious room. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Mackenzie at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Not at all the fault of Hotel Sylva...... unfortunately, a slight uphill grade at a near stop curve and big trucks continuously passing by was very noisy. To the credit of the hotel, a white noise speaker was in the room. I used that and rain sound effects on my phone to help.
USUSAmazing location right in the middle of Downtown Sylva. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and breweries. Less than 2 miles drive to Dillsboro. We stayed for the Christmas Lights and Luminaries festival and this was a perfect location. Close to Bryson City, Cherokee, Highlands, Cashiers and the blue ridge park way. The hotel feels brand new and the staff were so nice and helpful. Keurig machine in the room with a selection of coffee in the hotel lobby.
Nothing- it was perfect.

The office was closed and we could not walk through to get to the front side and had to walk on a busy part of the road opposing traffic with no sidewalk. Dogs barking in rooms near us.
