NOWe really liked the staff because they were very helpful and they let us stay longer than check out time without any fee. Also the location was perfect.
The toilet was not flushing well and the shower really needs a door or a curtain.

The water went off so no flushing toilet. I tried to get a refund 4 weeks out from my trip but was refused. It was overpriced for this accommodation and location.

HUWe only spent one night here on our way to Boracay. The staff was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to the airport. It’s modern and very beautiful! I recommend it!

-Misleading in booking.com, obviously isn't a 5* hotel. -Missing equipments in room; no hairdryer(can request), no liquid soap or shampoo, no cups and water boiler. -Quite a lot of small dead bugs and ants roaming at the corners. -The water will splash all over the bathroom during shower because it's just a flat ground with no shower curtain. -Door uses standard keylock. -Stairs only, but staff are willing to assist with the luggage. -Breakfast room service was not on time; order half an hour earlier. -Toilet lid was broken. -Only one bin, in the toilet. -There's no facial tissue, only toilet roll. -The room feels kinda old and deteriorating.

DEThe staff was super super friendly and helpful. They were the only good thing about the place.
I booked a studio room and instead was given a super super small room that was dirty and had no hot water. the bed took up the whole room wall to wall and there was filth all around the bed on the nightstand and headboard. I just wanted to take a hot shower and couldn't. I almost left the room was so gross
