Sonniger Rooftop Pool, schöne Einrichtung

Handtücher (für den Pool) waren sehr fleckig

We loved the friendly and very helpful staff, they are a big plus! :-) you get immediate help with everything you need, from renting a scooter (best price, same as if you go to the shop and they even bring it to the hotel) to tours and any other requests. The rooms are very spacious, price is really good for what you get, the style of the whole hotel is really nice and feels comfy. We liked the location and the rooftop pool is also a nice extra. They have a coffeeshop just at the hotel and really good shops and restaurants are close by. (Way better area then downtown Tulum with the shops and everything as we think - and still you can easily walk to downtown or rent a scooter)

The wifi was sometimes a bit tricky, but they have a extra room wifi and a extra wifi for the whole hotel, so we always could stay connected. Some parts of the room are a bit worn out like the shower door handle, but this was no real negative point for us as it was still super clean.

The people who worked at the desk were so friendly and helpful. The place itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. And the location was great for us—we walked everywhere.

Front desk especially FRIDA!!!! I will miss her the most and will definitely be returning as soon as I can. Such a kind hearted and helpful lady. Everyone at the desk was pleasant but Frida was the highlight.

Nothing much, everything was convenient for the most part, just wish there was more of breakfast selection.

Hotel boutique en la zona de La Veleta, habitaciones amplias y decoradas con gusto. Excelente atención por parte del personal de front desk, todos super amables y con recomendaciones para que tu estadía sea un éxito. Instalaciones y limpieza de 10.

Septiembre es temporada baja, confirma las actividades para tus fechas para evitar sorpresas. Algunos arreglos se estaban llevando a cabo lo que limitaba el uso / acceso a algunas áreas aunque se entiende. Corte de energía y wfi frecuentes, uno que duró medio día, a tener en cuenta si has de trabajar.

Très bel hôtel, grand chambre très bien agencé avec piscine privée très propre.... La piscine en rooftop exceptionnelle !
