Location was excellent...convenience store literally next door... breakfast everyday, nothing fancy...cereal, bread, milk, juice, peanut butter and jam... doesn't seem like much, but it is great when you're on a budget. Also, recommendations for halal restaurants in their hotel book in the room and on a poster at the entrance. Pictures were true and exact, same weird looking sheet in the photos and dirty bathroom as shown online, I appreciated the transparency.

Tiny roaches everywhere...dresser, floor, toilet, bins....the only place we didn't see any was on the bed, alhamdullilah. Can't confirm, but bed sheets didn't look "fresh", I slept using on my own sheets. Bathroom had mildew...we were in room 106 downstairs, maybe upstairs is better.

พักห้อง 207 ..ห้องควรปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมบ้างเพราะในห้องมีหยากใย่ ฝ้าเพดานดูชำรุดทรุดโทรม..ห้องน้ำกลิ่นเหม็นอับคล้ายเป็นแหล่งสะสมของหนูและแมลงสาบมาก ควรปรับปรุงมากนะคะ ห้องอื่นเป็นหรือเปล่าไม่ทราบเลย

At the very least the bed and sheets seemed reasonably clean, that's the only positive I can write.

Moldy and dirty bathroom. Used toothpaste tube and soap. The bathtub was more silicone grout than actual tub. Bugs crawling on the floor including already dead ones - the room was obviously not clenaed before (or in a while for that matter). Loud fan making rattling noises all night. Rundown entrance and area. The automatic check in/out machine was not working.
