In front of police station and second hand street market. Its near the underground

No one is at reception when you arrive. You have to text to get the key card. I paid for a room that had one single bed and one double bed, yet I only got a room with one double bed. The room smells rotton and the mini fridge in the room smells worse. Dont put any lf your food in the fridge it will make it stink. Make sure to pre pay and/or bring pajamas, because a male worker barged straight into my room (to stand beside my bed) at 11.30pm, when I was asleep demanding payment (without a warning phone call and/or text). The next morning you smell burned toast from your room. I also paid for hotel breakfast and there was no breakfast. Just a small open kitchen. The shower water pressure is also none existent. When I left the hotel, I realised I didn't have my mastercard. I popped back into the hotel at lunch time. I couldn't find it in my room or in my stuff. I called the hotel and they told me to text them. They said they will check reception. I went downstairs to reception and no one was there. I looked through the screen and there was no people or my card to be seen. I messaged them again saying there was no one in reception. Then mentioned their workers barging into the room the previous night. So then I asked could they have re entered my room again when I was sleeping or did the cleaner enter my room when i wasn't there and taken it. They texted saying they willi check reception again. I found a cleaner trying to run away avoid me in the hallway. I told them to check reception for my card and they made it magically appear from reception. Side note : if I left my mastercard at reception (after the man barging in demanding payment without prewarning and me being asleep) why didn't they text me saying that I left my card at reception. When I was looking for my key card I messaged them on whatsapp and Kakao. They also had my phone number from the booking.

コストパフォーマンスが良い。スタッフは親切。 立地が良く、設備が豊富。そこだけ見れば良いホテルだった。

ゴキブリが沢山出る所。 毎晩毎朝ゴキブリを殺しながら常に警戒しないといけない点がマイナスポイント。 気にしな人からすると問題はなし。

Location is good, metro access is easy and close, close to Dongdaemun

Very dirty, bathroom very poorly cleaned, bedroom very dusty, sheets was not changed, old used sheets were, called the staff and brought washed sheets and we changed ourselves, dust everywhere

I rebook again for depart from Seoul☺️
