Dirty and came home two days early as the toilet broke and could not be fixed for two days

Location was perfect, local cafe for breakfast , great choice of food, and service was great , very enjoyable

Would have liked the Wi-Fi code so we could have used it on our phones

Keys were easy to collect. However, the code to access the site was not provided. Beautiful caravan, very modern and relaxing. Personally I think the caravan is based in the best location on the whole site. Spacious, clean and cosy.

Beds were uncomfortable. We also were not informed to bring our own bedding. It would have been nice for a few cleaning products to have been provided - even just a cloth and washing up liquid.

The whole of this caravan was lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and our cockapoo. There was some heavy rain and cold once night so the good size tv came in handy! (Sign in to you your own netflix/ amazon acc!) And the awesome little fire! Hubby wants one at home now! When the sun came out the veranda was a lovely bonus! Separate fridge and freezer so plenty of food space for longer stays! The caravan is clean / tidy / spacious. Exceeded our expectations! The area is fantastic , 2 mins to the beach! - sunset watching is a must, nice evening stroll. Less than 10 mins stroll to the centre -we went to eat at the William Morgan in prestatyn was Delicious and dog friendly! The rhyl marina is a must for crab fishing if you have kids! 10/15 mins drive They are bringing a club house and i believe a shop at the complex which is going to give this site that little something extra! Kids absolutley loved it. Dog loved it. We loved it. An All round fantastic holiday and we will be coming back!

Very quiet week before school holiday,only a few hundred yards to walk to the beach and dog friendly.

Nothing to do with the caravan but didn't like the long ramps at the station to get into town as we have difficulty with steps
