Great location, lovely and quiet

We had to chase for the code for the barrier and the WIFI code. Would be good if the code was sent through and the WIFI code displayed in the property.

Gas bottles empty .This was put right day after but should not happen as there was 2 large gas bottles both empty.NO instructions for anything like boiler tele etc.Lack of glasses contained 1 wine glass 3 large tumblers that was it .Cooker needed a good clean along with the only 2 pans and 1 frying pan.Microwave in van but NO microwave dishes so a bit pointless.Fridge door needs attention awkward to close .Double bed very uncomfortable mattress needs replacing along with duvet and pillows overhead lights not working.This caravan needs a lot of TLC and could be a pleasant rental van to stay in as it lovely positioned on a very well kept site access to beautifull beach .So all in all owners need to spend a bit of cash on it and think about their potential clients. All photos on Booking .Com are not currently what the van looks like inside very misleading and disappointing.

Nothing

Lovely caravan, clean and well-equipped. Tv in both bedrooms, en suite door to the bathroom all a nice touch. Great location 2 minutes from the beach and adjacent to parking. Well-heated and good size kitchen and shower. All round a lovely experience and well worth the money.

Key code for key safe under decking

Went 4 days without gas, lied to on emails stating they had contacted office, checked with office, no contact made. Left with no gas for hot water, shower, heating, despite daily emails. Site is excellent, site staff very helpful. Tried to extend another day due to storm and no body even replied to texts or emails.

Clean and spacious

Had a small issue of gas bottle going out and having to wait until morning for a new one but wasn’t really a major problem as my partner collected takeout

Bed to soft.

The caravan its self was beautiful very homely and comfortable. I loved it was so close to the beach and a beautiful beach at that. It was our first holiday as a family of 3 with our baby girl, she loved the beach we took her swimming and crabbing all the good stuff The only thing I would say is that it was cold at night and I couldn’t get in contact with the caravan owner to turn on the heating so we just had the gas fire on and it took a while to warm up.

Lovely comfy caravan on a gorgeous clean, well maintained & friendly park. Great location for exploring the town & nearby towns.
