The rooms are gigantic. Each room boasts with queen size bed. 4 rooms, 3 baths. Location very close to shopping outlets in Meru, Ipoh Perak and government agencies. Security. Friendly guards. Quite neighbourhood. Nice scenery in front of the house.

"Overall it’s a super nice house. But one of the room without air-cond and another one without heater. Not so convenient."
