- it is spacious, clean, and functional, - can park up to two cars in the house - ample towels, with some complimentary bottles off water and basic toiletries - it's a guarded housing area, aside a morning Malay prayer can be heard from the 3rd floor bedroom, it's quiet and relaxing to stay in

- the dining chairs are fine to look at but lack substance to make it comfortable to sit on - previous renters probably smoked in the 3rd floor bathroom and the smell stuck on, making it hard to use that particular bathroom - the 2nd floor bathroom doesn't have a heater, and the 1st floor bedroom doesn't have air conditioning - one of the bedframe in the 3rd floor bedroom has a broken support, making half the bed sink, but it might be fixed in time

Aircond all working good! We had good sleep and rest. Nice gathering with family with so much space to gath. Auto front gate. Very convenient. Everything was good!

Kitchen need to add more plastic plate and bigger size rice cooker.

It was one of the best homestay i've ever been to, it was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The air conditioning works very well. They even provide towels, fully furnished kitchen. The service was superb and the instructions given for self check in was very clear. My family and i really enjoyed staying here, highly recommended as it is really close to the viral spots 🙌🏻 Ps: The attached picture was taken the day we checked out.
