GBGreat stay brilliant location and a great apartment to stay in. Loads of space and great kitchen / bathroom. Parking was really convenient and we were well looked after by our host.

GBLovely space to chill after my work. Everything you need. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve paid to sleep in. Instant heating when needed. Lovely garden to chill in. All round perfect. Just got to make friends with the dog 🥰
GBOverall we had a great stay, for only a little more than the cost of a travelodge - but so much better!! Lovely big space for the 4 of us. Nicely decorated. Great choice of channels on the TV and books too read... Kitchen with most things needed to cook our meals. Nice outside space.
As it leads out directly onto the main garden of the house it can feel a little weird if you want to be out in the garden. There are some privacy screens up, but more would be better. The barking dog should be warned of when booking. Though she's a lovely dog it could get annoying if you wanted to spend time outdoors if she was baking all the time!
NZSpacious, good kitchen facilities, nice to have outdoor seating. Clean and tidy. Area feels safe with family homes. Nice hosts. Sofa bed good for smaller kids.
The room was a bit chilly, so we turned the boiler on for the radiators, it took ages to heat up, and then it was a little noisy when ever it turned on at regular intervals during the night (one big open plan space with the boiler in the corner). I would recommend getting the radiators working as soon as you arrive. The shower is very small.

AUThis garden studio was exactly as advertised and was much nicer than I expected.
Very little. The tiled floor was quite cold but nothing that a pair of socks couldn't fix.
GBGBAmazing location and Gary was lovely. Studio was beautiful and clean and within walking distance to the pub :) Only downside was the bed. Slightly on the harder side if that’s what you like but not our own personal preference. Purpose of the stay was for Warner brothers studio and it’s only a 10 minute drive from there so this was perfect for us
GBGBBeautiful property with everything needed for our short stay. Local to harry potter world. Beds were comfortable and a lovely little garden to sit on porch. Free parking and host were friendly and helpful.
