GBGBWe were nervous at first with the access being through someone's back garden but we had no issues what so ever. Instructions given to enter the property was perfect. Instruction pack in studio covered everything we needed to know from WiFi passwords to how to set up the sofa bed. Everything you could need was provided in the room.

The mattress on the bed was too soft. The mattress which was provided as a replacement for the sofa bed (broken by a previous visitor) was also too soft
GBExactly like the pictures, new and really clean. Everything you could need. Perfect for a short stay, futon had broken, but a mattress had been provided and mattress protector. It was probably more comfortable then what the futon could have offered anyway, so was happy with that. Smart tv was great with netflix etc. Shower good, and i loved the floor tiles. Wifi great. Heating great. Cute building, we liked it and have mentioned it to others already.
A very minor fault, the teabags where expired, nothing major and obviously not really part of what is paid for but just advice for the renter to check expiration dates. Would love USB ports because we forgot our plugs for chargers, but again not a necessity.
