GBRenovated small room on top Floor with own bathroom. Cosy but there was no heating or really hot water at night. Stairs to bedroom were very narros after landing. No parking was possible on tue street other than in resident,,"s car park spaces which could javë resulted in fine.
No towels were provided whicheant I couldn't have a shower on arrival. No shower gëlon soap to wash your hands. No tea or coffeealing fscilitues in bedrooms.staff wre not aware of my arrival until I actually phoned tyre myself as my booking was made on the day,which could have meant I was stuck outside building without knowing how to get in in cold weather late at night,as they gave the code to get in and get the key very late.

A few things could be improved, ceilings very low, no shower gels etc. Dusty drawers.

AUGBThe staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. Allowed us to drop our case off 2 hours early which was a massive help as we' were due at the racecourse at 13:45. The price was very reasonable and cannot thank the staff enough.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like.
