La struttura è ben attrezzata, c’è grande disponibilità di prodotti alimentari e igienici

Abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi con il parcheggio. Nella descrizione dei servizi della struttura viene indicata la disponibilità di un parcheggio privato gratuito, non prenotabile. Tuttavia, al nostro arrivo non era disponibile alcun posto, e la host ci ha semplicemente detto di aspettare che si liberasse qualche posto. Per non perdere tempo, abbiamo quindi scelto di parcheggiare in un parcheggio a pagamento in centro (soldi che non pensavamo di spendere poiché avremmo dovuto avere diritto ad un parcheggio), così da poter pranzare e andare in spiaggia. Abbiamo chiesto alla host di avvisarci nel caso si liberasse un posto, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, nonostante al nostro ritorno alcune auto presenti in precedenza non ci fossero più, e ce ne fossero delle nuove. A quel punto abbiamo ricontattato la host per farle notare che tra i servizi era indicato il “parcheggio privato”. In un primo momento ha negato che fosse specificato, ma quando abbiamo insistito facendo riferimento a quanto riportato nell’annuncio, ha interrotto bruscamente la chiamata riattaccandoci il telefono in faccia. Dopo aver girato per circa mezz’ora, abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Solo una volta tornate a casa, dopo aver mandato una segnalazione all’assistenza, siamo state ricontattate dalla host, che ci ha poi permesso di parcheggiare davanti alla struttura, in un parcheggio per residenti a cui si poteva accedere solo alzando una sbarra.

A szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt. Délelőtt lerakhattuk a csomagot a szálláson, és meg is kaptuk a kulcsot. És meglepetés volt, hogy a fotókon látható teli hűtő a valóságban is tele van. Annyi mindent kaptunk, hogy nem is bírtunk mindent megenni 2 nap alatt. A szállás közel van a vasútállomáshoz, néhány perc sétával elérhető, és a belváros sincs messze. A vasút közelsége miatt a vonatok hallhatóak, de nekünk nem volt zavaró.

Appartement agréable, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Propriétaire accueillant.

La proximité du centre ville , toutes les attentions du propriétaire (un frigo plein et tout le nécessaire à disposition- il est proche de la gare pour rejoindre les 5 terres et proche de Portofino .

Bogdan and Gabriela told me to park in a spot that belonged to the Guardia di Finanza. They assured me it was safe. That night my car was towed. Because it was Sunday, I could only collect it Monday – costing me my Monaco hotel (€250). On Monday, they promised to help but disappeared. I had to pay €312 in towing/fines and walk 2 hours to the car compound. The “replacement hotel” they booked for me was never paid for – they lied to the hotel too. The accommodation was disgusting: sewage smell, pubic hair in bathroom, bed bugs, and “breakfast” was just cheese, uncooked pasta, and an open can of pesto. Total loss: over €560 plus stress and lost medication. Do yourself a favour: stay far away from this place. The accommodation itself was disgusting: • Overpowering sewage smell • Pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom • Bed bugs in both beds – woke up with bites • “Breakfast included” was a block of cheese in the fridge, a bag of uncooked pasta, and an open can of pesto
