Arrivato nella struttura alle 18 e 03 chiamo l hosting che mi dice di cercarmi un altro posto..sconcertante!!!vorrei essere rimborsato!

Excellente expérience avec ce logement et notre hôte, qui nous attendait pour nous accueillir comme il se doit. Très beau deux pièces, très bien aménagé et décoré. Lits très bien faits et confortables, salle de bain très propre avec produits douche et shampoing, bouteille de vin pétillant du coin offerte, petit déjeuner inclus et petites attentions. Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre de Rapallo, des commerces, du port et des restaurants. Petite résidence au centre ville, mais très calme.

Purtroppo l'alloggio era dotato di un condizionatore portatile anzichè di un impianto completo di aria condizionata. Pertanto, considerato il gran caldo la climatizzazione era insufficiente.

This is the first time we have come across such a place to stay. Close to the train station, a spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with comfortable beds and huge TVs in both rooms. All kinds of food left for free consumption by the host: fruit, sweets, snacks, croissants, muesli, in the fridge wine, juices, milk, sausages, eggs, wine, sauces, butter, aperitifs and what not. In the bathroom several types of champagne, shower gel, razors, hairdryer, etc. We left our backpacks in the morning before the room was ready. Very kind and understanding people, for whom not money, but the comfort of the guests comes first. Thank you very much!

호스트 분의 답변이 신속하고 친절하셨던 점이 가장 좋았습니다. 숙소 시설도 깔끔하고 대체로 만족스러웠습니다. (다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 계단으로 짐을 가져가야 하지만 호스트 분이 도와주셔서 큰 어려움은 없었습니다) 필요한 물건들이 대부분 구비되어 있었고, 물이나 간단한 식료품들, 과일, 간식 등 다양한 음식들까지 제공되는 점도 좋았습니다. 동네도 조용하고 조금만 걸어가면 해변도 있어요.

에어컨이 있기는 한데 보편적인 벽걸이 형 에어컨은 아니라 객실 전체가 시원해지지는 않어요. 에어컨 바로 옆에 있어야만 시원했습니다. 쇼파 침대는 약간 기울어져 있었고 욕실 문에 달린 수건 걸이의 위치가 너무 높았습니다. 비치된 과일 중 일부가 약간 상해있었고 티스푼 중 일부는 설거지가 약간 덜 된 상태였습니다. 그러나 장점들을 감안한다면 크게 아쉬운 점들은 아니었습니다. 전반적으로 추천하는 숙소입니다~

Śliczne mieszkanie bardzo dobrze położenie mieliśmy miejsce parkingowe. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Przywitał nas poczęstunkiem nawet dla dzieci słodycze były. Wszystko co trzeba a nawet więcej 😌

Tolles Früstück-alls reichlich vorhanden!. Top Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert und einfach! Die Lage zum Strand und Stadtzentrum ist einfach perfekt. Kostenloser Parkplatz und genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe!. Wie waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Klimaanlage ist eine mobile Klimaanlage: sie ist leider zu schwach und steht nur in einem Zimmer. Sonst alles perfekt!
