Staff doesn't understand English, one staff member doesn't know, and English and Arabic. On booking.com, it is shown that the available washing machine, but not available. Also not provided toilet paper. For 5 person only one towel. They provided disposable towels, but it is not easy and unconvinent for use.

The hotel manager and the reception staff at hotel

The guy in charge in the suits building is not cooperative the property has only one bathroom out dated and does not meat the suit level it looks like an old house toilet toiletries are not available the worm water is too week and we could not have shower
