The location of the appartment was very compfortable. situated in the very calm and peaceful place. the staff is very cooperative and helpful. you can find alot of restaurant and shops near the appartment.

not to be mentioned any thing. but the water flow in shower is very slow.moreover the door of the bath is making noise while closing.

Cleanliness, underground parking, and the size of the apartment.

The entrance of the main building of the furnitured apartment smells bad because of cooking from the watchman room. Has only one bathroom for a two bedroom apartment. Ripped sofa. No available of kitchen ware ( pots, spons, knif etc). The carpet in the apartment corridor has a smoking burn holes/marks.

The cleanliness and the apartment looking newly built, though it wasn’t newly built

The internet was very slow similar to not working, The kitchen accessories were not provided other then only spoons, the kitchen sink was jammed,

It was just renewed and was very spacious

The apartment is really nice and new. The host was friendly and helpful.

The location is not well covered by public transports so you have to either call Careem (like Uber), that takes you to the masjid Al-Nabawi for 15 SAR, or rent a car.
