The instructions received to collect the keys were perfect and easy to understand. The property was so spacious and clean and a lot of thought clearly went into the furnishing of the apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and I was impressed with the amount of storage space available for clothes etc. The kitchen, with all the necessary gadgets, was a pleasant place for eating and drinking. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Just a tiny thing was that the heating was on when we returned to the apartment at the end of the second day. In addition there was no hot water. I'm not sure whether this was because of the heating/hot water system or not. Overall this didn't disrupt our enjoyment of the break. I informed the owner.

If we are not talking about the noise of rubbish collection and cleaning etc of the busy Borgo Palazzo at night, even with windows closed, the location is ok.

Upon arrival there is not even a bottle of water. Completely empty fridge and kitchen. At first glance everything looks clean. At least during the day but during the night you are not alone. There are little (and bigger) visitors running (!) between the kitchen and the bathroom. See pictures below. We woke up of hearing these COCKROACHES running around our plastic bag in the bathroom. This is disgusting. After this discovery, we didn’t sleep anymore. Not only do you have a terrible night, you also have to disinfect your complete luggage back home. When informing the owner about this he didn’t seem to be surprised. He didn’t talk about any countermeasures nor did he suggest any compensation for the money we wasted during our 3 night and 442€ stay.

There was no Casa Pietro sign on the intercom at the entrance. Therefore, the settlement slowed down a little. I think this moment needs to be better planned. However,

Very close to the airport and 20 minutes away by walk from the train station and centre. Lovely, clean, very spatious with big terraces. Modern facilities.

Huge space, nice living room. Great location. Some noise from the street, but only because we wanted to keep windows open. Good shower.
