The apartment is very well laid out and very very spacious and well lit and the lobby is very secure and clean. The rooms were very clean with plenty of storage. Host arrived at apartment very promptly. There is a beautiful big terrace of the kitchen, would be great to sit outside in summer months. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels and linens were spotless and plentiful. Also 2 additional blankets available. Came in handy as heating only came on at set times. Apartment is less than 10 mins from the airport and 20 minute walk to Porto Nuovo start of shopping district. I took the bus from stop 1 at the airport to Central bus station for Eur3.00. I then took taxi eur6.00 from station to doorstep. One way taxi from apartment at 0745am with heavy traffic back to Bergamo airport cost Eur20.00. Taxi cannot be reserved ahead of time. They can only be called when your at taxi rank or ready to be pucked up. Tel number is on a sign at rank just add 0039. Host was great checked in with me to make sure all was OK. I had an issue connecting to WiFi. I couldn't do it using phone camera option. I scanned QR at wifi point and copied password. Problem solved. Photos are very accurate of apartment so for photos I'm uploading photos from nearest bus stop less than 5min walk from apartment. Best restaurant in the area was 5 min walk away. There was no welcome pack that could help with getting familarised with the area. I would recommend having some local restaurant menus, maybe some brochures from a tourist office. Especially anything that helps with bus/rail map routes. Also no drier available just the drying rack outside. Dishes had been washed but put away wet.

Very comfortable and equipped apartment. Like at home. It is easy and free to park right on the street.
